CRDP Acting President, Mr. George Nohra, visited the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces General Joseph Aoun in his office at the Ministry of Defense. CRDP President was accompanied by a number of heads of departments and units at CRDP.  The team included the Head of Civics and National Education Department Miss Blanche Abi Assaf, the Head of the Psycho-Social Services Department Mrs. Saydi Francis, the Head of Digital Resources Production Unit Mr. Jean Daibes, and the Head of the Educational Television and Radio Unit Mr. Zakhia Farhat.
On this occasion, the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces offered the delegation commemorative awards honoring their efforts in producing interactive digital activities for the 77th anniversary of Lebanon’s independence.
In his speech to the delegation, the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces stressed the importance of uniting efforts, cooperation, and shared responsibility among all individuals and institutions; with the aim of revitalizing Lebanon and safeguarding and preserving its independence. 
On his part, CRDP Acting President, Mr. Nohra, thanked the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces for his generous gesture and highlighted the importance of this year’s initiative launched by the Army Command celebrating the anniversary of Independence under the slogan "We are all responsible." He also stressed the importance of safeguarding independence by strengthening cooperation between the CRDP and the Military Institution. Both parties agreed to continue with this joint cooperation in future projects for the well-being of the country and the citizen.
